How did you discover Nth Degree Fitness? When I moved to Michigan I was searching the internet for a gym and noticed a lot of positive reviews regarding Nth Degree Fitness so I decided to give it a try.
How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? I have been attending since Feb 2012.
What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? I no longer have any excuses for not working out. The two main reasons I would skip a trip to the gym were “I don’t have enough time” or a “lack of motivation”. With Nth Degree Fitness all I have to do is show up everything is taken care of (water, towel, music) and I will get a complete workout in less than an hour. With two trainers at each session, I get plenty of encouragement and instruction to ensure sure I’m getting results even when I lack motivation.
What do you like most about the studio? They have created an atmosphere that is relaxed yet upbeat and motivating. Even though you’re training in a group setting, the environment makes you oblivious to everyone training around you and allows you to concentrate on getting individual results.
What kind of Results have you seen? This is the most tone I have ever been. They have helped me reduce my body fat in the toughest of areas while improving my endurance and overall muscle definition. The best part is that family and friends have noticed the results as well. In fact, I’ve even had complete strangers ask about my fitness routine.

How did you discover Nth Degree Fitness? After talking to one of the trainers (a lululemon ambassador) she encouraged me to try it.
How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? I started coming in October of 2010.
What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? I love how it is always changing, and I never get bored with the workouts. The workouts are very dynamic and hit each muscle group.
What do you like most about the studio? I love the trainers; they are very encouraging and friendly! They are knowledgeable and help with posture/weightlifting. It feels like personal training with a group of people. I never lifted weights until I started working out at Nth, and it has been fun to change it up. My favorite part of the studio is that it does not feel intimidating….and not to mention the music is rockin’!
What kind of Results have you seen? I have noticed a difference in my strength and stamina. I feel like I have worked my entire body each time I leave. I can run for longer periods of time without losing my breath. Nth Degree Fitness is the bomb!
Meet Cindy & Michael (Mother & Son):
How did you discover Nth Degree Fitness? (M) My mom started working-out there and told me I had to try it, so I did, and I loved it…my days at other fitness centers were finished.
How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? (C & M) Since they first opened their doors in 2007.
What do you like most about the studio? (M) The small class size provides a personal relationship with the trainers. I am motivated not only by the trainers but also my peers on the treadmill next to me. When you add the strong and upbeat music, you have yourself a truly unprecedented workout unlike anything else.
(C) The studio is exceptionally clean and the trainers are extremely professional & friendly!
What kind of Results have you seen? (C) I am in better shape now, than I was 20 years ago. I feel stronger and more empowered. Love Nth Degree, best workout ever!!
(M) I’ve experienced overall increased strength in all major muscle groups but for me NDF is more of a mental escape, the physical results are great but nothing is more fun and stress relieving than pushing yourself to your limits in a room full of people doing the same. Every time I leave Nth Degree I know I got the most effective one hour workout I possibly could have.

What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? The format. It’s quick, dark and highly efficient!
What do you like most about the studio? I love the friendly, encouraging authentic atmosphere.
What kind of Results have you seen? Thanks to Nth Degree Fitness, I am now prepared to turn 50 this year with confidence. I have acquired a positive and energetic approach to my aging and I look forward to many, many years with the Nth Degree Fitness Team!

How did you discover Nth Degree Fitness? The Pursel Family raved about the Revolutionary Workout!
How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? Three and a half years
What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? We love the workout, which involves intervals of switching back and forth from the treadmill to weights or floor work. Also, our family can successfully workout together even at different fitness levels (different weight options and the walker, runner, sprinter levels, etc)!
What do you like most about the studio? It is very clean, updated, fun, and pleasant. Also, the staff is very friendly, motivating and helpful!
What kind of Results have you seen? We definitely see and feel the results. We have more endurance, especially on the tennis court/soccer field. Our muscles are more lean and toned! We also feel that over the course of a week, every muscle group has been engaged and we have been pushed to the “Nth Degree”, which is a workout we could never achieve on our own!

How did you discover Nth Degree Fitness? My daughter, Molly, introduced me to Nth Degree Fitness.
How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? 4 years
What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? I love the variety of the workouts, everyday is something different. Interval training is fantastic- and as the trainers remind me “I can do anything for 5 minutes.”
What do you like most about the studio? The best part of the studio is the instructors!
What kind of Results have you seen? I am in much better shape, much more toned and my core strength has really improved.

How long have you been coming to Nth Degree Fitness? I have been coming for 2 years. I was lucky to find an ad in the Hour mag.
What is your favorite aspect about the Nth Degree Fitness Workout? The best part of coming is the energy that the class gives me. The trainers are outstanding, knowledgeable, on exercise, pain mgt and overall health.
What do you like most about the studio? The studio is so clean and the classes change all the time. The studio has 2 trainers in all classes, so it is almost personalized. They watch both form and they monitor you. Being the oldest, everyone is so helpful, patient and wonderful to be around.
What kind of Results have you seen? I find myself with more energy, strength and overfull stamina. The workout is very, challenging. A great adventure for me, by the way I am 67.
